She's breaking down the three steps that she followed to reach this level of organization through purging that was a game changer for her.  First, get rid of anything in your house that you don’t love or use.  Then, organize what’s left in a way that really works for you.  And step 3, stop buying more shit.  Before you buy something, think about whether or not it’s just going to add to the mess in the long run. 
 
Purging is so much more than just taking time to go through things.  It’s emotional and complicated and she's getting into all of it in this one!
