If you’re still doing walks without weights - let me show you how to maximize your time spent walking! 

I have a few vests and this one is the best!

It’s not fussy - has reflective strips on the front and back and a small pocket on the back for keys or cards and that’s it!

You pop it on, adjust the chest strap and you’re off on your walk.

I’ve been doing a minimum 10 minute walk after every meal lately and I swear it’s so good for the body and digestion. 

Walking outdoors is just so good for you in so many ways and even better with a little extra weight.
