50. The Most Awesome Meditation Pillow

For anything mindfulness… this pillow is the jam. 
I use it every single day for mediation and stretching.  The outside is this durable waxed canvas and inside is buckwheat-filled cotton for a soft pillow feel but also sturdy and keeps it’s shape. 
Every position just feels more comfortable with this pillow. I love it for back support when sitting and my favorite is just under the neck when laying. 
You could also use it for yoga or a good before bed stretch session like I do!  Your mind and your body will thank you!
